How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please keep in mind that we have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
